557pp, end pages have Japanese characters, includes a hand typed errata, some pages lightly browned, there is no title on spine and I assume this is how it was produced, though the spine is slightly sunned there is no evidence of a title having been printed on the spine, , tips of spine are bumped, several small stamps on title page stating property og G.C.H.Q. Library, duplicate copy number 3, This volume would appear to have been produced by the Foreign Office in 1944 as part of the war effort, the preface states the author is A.R.V.C., Room 17 Foreign Office. The volume is inscribed by A.R.V.C. (Arhtur Cooper) 20/9/67, to John Galleymore.
